Presentation Type
On the abstract submission page, you choose one of the types below which best describes your abstract. Authors can submit abstracts for Oral and e-Poster. However, the final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the discretion of Scientific Committee.

Steps for Abstract Submission
  • Read through the Submission Guideline
  • Click the ‘Go to Abstract Submission’ Button
  • Complete Abstract Submission including Authors' Information
    * It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for all typing error on the abstract.
    * Be sure to check preview page when you submit your abstract.
    * Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract.
  • Register for the congress by the deadline of Abstract Submission
    * We would recommend to the presenting author to complete registration by the deadline of Abstract Submission
    - Please complete your registration with full payment by February 25, 2026 (Early Registration Deadline). Abstracts will NOT be included in the abstract book if this requirement is not met.

Submission Guidelines
1. Category (Each category shall include specific sections as below)

2. Abstract

Abstracts shall NOT be longer than 300 words.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English only.

Abstract body shall NOT include any tables, charts or graphics.

3. Keywords

You can input at most 3-5 keywords. (Please use the MeSH term as Keyword(s))

4. Abstract File

The abstract file you upload is for checking, neither for publication nor for review. Please download the abstract template and upload it.

5. Number of Abstracts

Presenting Author can submit several abstracts for each presentation type (Oral Presentation, e-Poster).
**For Oral Presentation, Presenting Author cannot be accepted to more than one 1 abstract.

6. Final Presentation Type of the Accepted Abstract

Authors can submit abstracts for Oral or e-Poster. However, the final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the discretion of Organizing Committee.

7. Modification

It will be possible to check and modify your abstract until the deadline November 21 (Fri), 2025 (18:00 KST) by clicking on the Modify button via the Abstract Submission tab in My Page.

8. Publication

Do NOT submit abstracts if previously presented at an international meeting or if previously published.

If you submit your abstract(s), it may be published in the Abstract Book, the website and the program of ACOMFR 2026.

9. Withdrawal of Abstracts

If the presenting author does not register within 2 weeks after acceptance notice, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please request to have it withdrawn by sending an email to the ACOMFR 2026 secretariat as soon as possible.
